About Me

A few things to say…..

My avatar

I am not known to be a person of few words but I will try and keep it brief.  My name is Tracey. I live as close as you can get to the centre of Ireland. My formal qualifications are BA (Hons) in Training & Education, Higher Diploma in Technology Enhanced learning and most recently a part-time student on a Post-graduate Diploma in Digital Humanities in UCC. The subject areas I teach are around Computerised Business Applications and Business Administration where I have industry specific training qualifications.

Outside of work I have a fun and hectic life being a wife, mother of two all whilst working full-time and enjoying a passion for exploring all Ireland has to offer in our caravan.

I’m an active member of a couple of Communites of Practice both education themed, one for Technology Enhanced Learning and the other around Professional Learning and Development. So there will be no surprise when I tell you my research interests are around Teaching and Learning including Inclusion, Universal Design for Learning, Digital Literacy and I am advocate for Professional Learning.

Enjoy looking around and if you have any questions dont hesitate in using my contact form to get intouch or my twitter where I love to get the conversation going.
